Ooco ("we", "I") is the email marketing and CRM studio run by Harriet Colman, based in the United Kingdom. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and the rights you have over it. We keep it in plain English on purpose.

What we collect, and why

Your email address, when you request the Unrobotic Email Kit. We use it to send you the kit and, as stated at the point of signup, our regular marketing email. Lawful basis: your consent.
Your name, email and anything you share when booking a call, handled through Google Calendar's appointment booking. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Payment details, if you purchase a subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers below.

Who processes your data for us

Klaviyo — stores our email list and sends our emails.
Stripe — processes payments.
Google — powers call bookings via Google Calendar.
Our website host — serves this site.

Each processes your data under their own security and privacy commitments, and only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe (every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link). Client and booking records are kept for as long as needed to deliver the work and to meet UK tax and accounting requirements.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email harriet@ooco.co.uk and we'll sort it, usually within a few days and always within a month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This site doesn't set marketing or tracking cookies of its own. Embedded services (such as fonts or payment pages) may set strictly necessary cookies to function.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it here with a new date at the top.
